I’m not usually a fan of both strawberries or watermelon. Frankly, I think watermelon just tastes like nothing 😛 Add chocolate to both of these however, and they weren’t too bad. The kids of course ate it all up – wish they’d eat their dinners as fast 😛 This canapé is kinda like a modern twist on the chocolate fondue. There’s fruit, marshmellows and chocolate involved, & these make a great kids party dessert or even just a light dessert after dinner. Day 11 : Prawn Cucumber Cups
After chocolate, seafood (prawns or shrimps usually) has to be one of my favourite food groups 😛 The spicier the better, hence the hot paprika. Hot paprika isn’t always easy to get in New Zealand – I’ve never seen it in any mainstream food store as yet. The box I bought, I found whilst shopping in my local Mad Butcher store, but I think any Mexican food store should be able to help you out with this.
